For Beginners Starting Their IT Journey

1. CompTIA A+ IT Support Specialist Training

This 17 week program is designed for individuals with little to no prior IT experience. It builds a strong technical foundation while preparing participants for multiple industry recognized certifications and real world IT work environments.

The program begins with hands on IT Service Management job simulations and Azure Active Directory fundamentals, allowing participants to understand how IT support functions in enterprise environments. From there, training progresses into CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 to develop comprehensive hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.

Corporate readiness and professional skills training are integrated throughout every week of the training. Participants learn how to succeed beyond the initial hire by developing workplace communication skills, professional behavior, problem solving skills, and long term career growth strategies. Resume development, cover letter writing, and interview preparation are included to ensure participants are job ready.

Participants also receive job placement support through the hiring process. Support continues until an offer letter is issued.

This 9 week program is designed for individuals who already hold the CompTIA A+ certification and are ready to advance into enterprise IT support roles. The program focuses on Microsoft technologies, cloud fundamentals, and professional readiness aligned with employer expectations.

Participants begin with IT Service Management (ITSM) job simulations to reinforce real world IT workflows and enterprise support environments. Training then progresses into Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ 900 and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals MS 900 to build cloud computing, identity management, and enterprise productivity skills.

Corporate readiness and professional skills training are embedded throughout the program. Participants receive continued guidance on workplace success, career advancement, communication skills, and long term growth in IT roles. Resume refinement, interview preparation, and employer readiness support are included.

Job placement support is provided throughout the program and continues until an offer letter is issued.
